These terms cover buying and using Untitled, a text editor for Mac made by Francis Ceril Challoy ("we", "us"). By buying or using Untitled, you agree to them.

Buying Untitled

• Untitled costs $4.99, paid once, plus any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. There's no subscription.
• Your purchase is sold and processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They handle payment, tax and receipts, and their terms also apply to the payment itself.
• After you pay, you can download Untitled straight away.
• You can have a full refund within 14 days. See the refund policy.

Your license

• Buying Untitled gives you a personal license to install and use it on the Macs you own or use.
• Updates to Untitled are included at no extra cost.
• You may not resell, share, or redistribute Untitled or your download, or remove its copyright notices. You may not reverse engineer it, except where the law allows you to.
• Untitled and its name, icon and design belong to Francis Ceril Challoy.

Your text

What you write in Untitled is yours. It stays on your Mac, and we never see it. See theprivacy policy.

Keep your own backups

Untitled is built never to lose a word, but no software is perfect. Please keep backups of anything important, for example with Time Machine.

Warranty and liability

Untitled is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no other promises about it, and our total responsibility to you for anything to do with Untitled is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. Changes don't take away a license you've already bought.
